Located on the way to the Val de Cans Airport, it was named in honor of the local famous inventor Julio Cesar who created the Manned Baloon. He was born in the Acará Village on the 13th of June 1843.

in 1880 , Julio Cesar demonstrated in theory and live his invention inf front of the Governor's Palace. 2 days later after his demonstration he was ciritized by Counselor José Felix Soares saying his invention was not feasable. A comission was created to evaluate his invention. On the 30th of August 1880, Julio cesar made his baloon fly against the wind. He also demonstrated the same in Paris. He passed away in October 14th 1887.
