Located in the Neighborhood Campina, it was named to honor Mr José Coelho da Gama e Abreu, the famous Marajó Baron, a lawyer, a philosopher and a Mathmathician,

He was also the president of the State Province between 1879 and 1881. The area where his house once existed , it was Built the State House of Representatives Building.
