Located in the "Old City" Neighborhood, it was named to honor Mr Francisco Xavier da Veiga Cabral. He was the Leader who fought for the Freedom of the Amapa Territory (Today is a State) when the Frenchman invaded in 1894. Its Previous name was Santo Amaro Street.
