Crossing the neighborhoods Umarizal and Sacramenta, it honors Antônio José de Lemos. He was the man that who transformed this city. When he was the Mayor, he opened new roads, bulit squares and ordered the plantation of most of the Mango trees we see today on the streets. He was also the founder of the 3rd oldest newspaper of our Country, " A Provincia do Pará". Its Last edition was in 2001.
