Acerola has a flat skin and three seeds inside. This type of fruit is considered to have the highest Vitamin C concentration (100 g contains 1400-4500 mg) and also has Vitam A, B1, B2, B3, calcium, phosphor and iron. They can be eaten raw or mixed with other juices and tastes a little bit sour. The fruit cannot be exported to other countries due to its high amount of water.
